By accessing or using AdaScanPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdaScanPro provides website accessibility scanning, compliance monitoring, and remediation services. The Service includes automated WCAG 2.1 AA compliance scans, violation reports, remediation roadmaps, and compliance certificates.

3. Free Scan Limitations

The free scan service is limited to a single-page scan and identifies a subset of potential WCAG 2.1 AA violations. Automated scans can identify approximately 30-40% of accessibility issues. AdaScanPro does not guarantee that a passing score means full legal compliance.

4. Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled before renewal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Legal Advice

AdaScanPro is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are for informational and educational purposes. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney regarding your specific compliance obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdaScanPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any legal actions or settlements related to website accessibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AdaScanPro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
